Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ValueEmbrace.com and its affiliated services operated by Quinton D. Idleburg Jr. DBA ValueEmbrace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

ValueEmbrace provides A.I. workflow automation, software setup, and digital consulting. Subscription services are billed monthly at $500 plus any additional usage fees as specified in your account. Clients receive $100 in monthly AI usage credits with optional upgrades available.

3. Account Information

Clients provide business, personal, and billing information during setup. By subscribing, you authorize ValueEmbrace to access and manage account configurations, including A.I. workflows, automations, and analytics, to ensure optimal service performance.

4. Consent and Communication

By subscribing or scheduling a call, you consent to receive communication via phone, SMS, or email. Text message rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt out by replying “STOP” to SMS communications.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees, consultation bookings, and onboarding calls are non-refundable, except when ValueEmbrace fails to deliver or attend a scheduled session.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, workflows, and AI configurations created by ValueEmbrace remain the intellectual property of Quinton D. Idleburg Jr. and may not be resold or redistributed without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

ValueEmbrace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, technical delays, or third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, GoHighLevel, or Skool).
