When you use ValueEmbrace services (subscriptions, onboarding, demos, community), we may collect:

  • Payment info: processed securely by Stripe.
  • Account data: stored and managed by GoHighLevel (GHL).

How We Use Information

We use data to:

  • Create and manage your ValueEmbrace A.I. Employee account.
  • Process payments and billing via Stripe.
  • Schedule and run calls, demos, and onboarding.
  • Improve our services and train staff using recorded sessions (see below).

Meeting Recordings

1:1 and group sessions conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or Skool Live may be recorded. Recordings are stored securely and are used only by ValueEmbrace administration for quality assurance, training, and support. Recordings are not sold or shared outside of ValueEmbrace administration without explicit consent.

Community Participation (Skool Platform)

ValueEmbrace hosts a free training community, "The ValueEmbrace A.I Suite," on the third-party platform Skool. Any information you provide when joining or participating in the community (profile data, posts, interactions, or payment information for optional resources) is processed by Skool under Skool’s policies. ValueEmbrace may access limited community information (profile names, posts, and interactions) solely for community engagement, moderation, and educational purposes. ValueEmbrace does not export, sell, or misuse community data.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, contact: [email protected]. Note that requests may be limited by third-party processors’ policies (Stripe, GHL, Skool).

Security

ValueEmbrace does not store client data on personal devices. We rely on Stripe, GHL, and other providers’ security measures. We use strong password practices (secured with Google protections) and restrict administrative access to necessary personnel only.

We may update this policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
